Environmental Planning and Historic Preservation (EHP)

As per IB 345 EHP documentation is NOT required for the following projects:
Planning
Classroom-based Training
Table Top Exercises and Functional Exercises
Mobile and Portable Equipment (no installation)

Required EHPSM:
Any projects involving ground disturbance (i.e. fencing or in-ground cables) or installation (i.e. attaching a camera onto a building) will require completion of the below EHP form and possibly photos.

If photos and drawings are required, please insert them into the end of the EHP Screening Memo Form above so that all EHP information is combined into one document.
